Sunday is family day. It has been our sunday routine to jog early in the morning at Southwoods. At first it was only me and my husband. But my inlaws joined us from then on. Health is wealth. You can never trade it for anything else. Without a healthy body, mind, and soul, one can never utilize his or her riches. So it is really important to stay healthy, specially if you are aging. Haha! Southwoods is a very great place conducive for jogging, biking and zumba. Every weekends, there are a lot of people going there to sweat out all unnecessary fats and calories. I find it fun because there’s a free dance class slash zumba slash aerobics beside Splash Island.

We always try to have atleast five rounds back to back the jogging area. But i always end up having less because im always excited to join the zumba class. So my husband jogs by himself and then watches me dance.

It’s not too late to start. Take care of your body while you still can. There’s no harm in trying to exercise. You don’t need the gym to work out. A simple work out routine can make a difference. A great family bonding too! Keep healthy. Be happy.
