Great food, Great laugh, Great friends

I’ve shared a decade of amazing friendship with these people. And i couldn’t imagine how my life had been without them in my life. Literally the best set of friends one could ask for. Too bad we’re missing Angel, Gaile and Marlene who have been working abroad. But someday we’ll be complete once again.

Last saturday, our October babies, Kamille and Joey celebrated their birthdays. The original plan was a dinner at Silantro Kapitolyo and unli mojito. But when we arrived at Silantro, a very long queue of hungry customers were in line. Why would people wait for long hours just to taste their food? People were literally lining up to have a table. We were already hungry so we decided to just order the best sellers for take out and dine at RUB Steak place, also in Kapitolyo.

At first i just thought that their food was just the normal-nothing special filipio mexican thing. But that certain moment when i tasted the seafood paella, cheese quesadilla and beef nachos. Aaahhhh! Amazingly delish is an understatement. Now i know why people really crave for Silantro.

We really have to make sure to go back. To enjoy the complete dining experience at Silantro 🙂 The best part? The food are really not pricey. 500 pesos plus for the three yummy treats! Nice noh?

So we transferred to Rub, where we had the best tasting ribs! Aside from Racks’s, i really think Rub really stand out from the rest. Good ambiance, ample amount of food servings, friendly staff. Definitely a must try resto.

I was shocked when i knew that the total bill was only 2000 pesos. We were super full, as in! And we were 10 hungry cavemen like creatures when we entered the place. Super cheap prices for high quality food! 🙂

Feeling bitin with our chika and bonding moment, we went straight to Starbucks Metrowalk. Yes, the unli mojito did not pursue, i guess we are really getting old. Haha! We want coffee and quiet environment for our talks.
